To determine your bra size, first stand in front of a mirror with a non-padded bra on. Then, wrap some soft measuring tape around your upper body straight under your breast, where your bra band is. If this dimension is even, add 4 centimetres to obtain your band size. If it’s an odd number, add 5 cm instead.
Next, measure loosely around the fullest part of your breast. Make sure the measuring tape is level across the bust. As soon as you have both numbers, subtract your band size from the cup dimension you took to get your cup size.
If the difference is much less than 1 inch (2.5 cm), your cup size is AA. If the difference is 1 inch (2.5 centimetres), your cup dimension is A. 2 inches (5 centimetres) is B, 3 inches (7.5 centimetres) is C, 4 inches (10 centimetres) is D, 5 inches (12.5 cm) if DD, 6 inches (15 centimetres) is F, and 7 inches (18 centimetres) is G.
